“This hearing will focus on the underlying factors instigating antisemitic upheaval and hatred on campus,” said Rep. Tim Walberg.
“Raging antisemitism in New York is appeased and promoted by Kathy Hochul and her failing antisemitic Democrat Party,” said Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.).
“By naming this post office in his honor, we not only remember the man—we reaffirm the values he stood for,” stated Rep. Lois Frankel.
“Jewish communities are facing a real crisis with a real set of threats, and Congress must respond with real action,” Nathan Diament said.
The sixth round of talks is expected to begin in Muscat next week, according to Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei.
“If Jewish Americans can’t walk freely in Boulder, or work safely in D.C. or celebrate Passover in their own homes without fear, then we indeed have failed as a nation,” said the resolution’s chief sponsor, Rep. Jeff Van Drew.
The U.S. president told reporters that the conversation went “very well, very smooth.”
“It is illegal, intolerable and reprehensible for any American business open to the public to refuse to serve Jewish customers,” an assistant U.S. attorney general stated.
“By immersing these cadets and midshipmen in the history of Auschwitz and the Holocaust, we hope to inspire ethical leadership rooted in humanity and justice,” said the chairman of the Auschwitz Jewish Center Foundation.
“The Jewish community will continue to suffer if we do not increase this funding to at least $500 million,” Rep. Dan Goldman said.
“Roughly half of the American population basically doesn’t consider Jewish hate to be a significant or relevant topic to them,” stated Adam Katz.
In that span, the Jewish population went up from about 14 to 15 million, “fewer than the estimated 16.6 million Jews who were alive in 1939 prior to the Holocaust.”
