Nevada prosecutors indicted John Anthony Miller, 43, alleging that he made multiple violent phone calls between Oct. 11 through Oct. 19 to Sen. Jacky Rosen (D-Nev.) and also showed up at a courthouse trying to see the legislator.

Miller appeared in a Las Vegas court on Oct. 27, when he was charged with threatening a federal official. Authorities have not charged Miller with a hate crime.

Statements Miller allegedly made include “you f****** piece of s*** un-human, subhuman, you’re vermin, b****, you are vermin, b****, and we’re gonna finish what Hitler started you f****** slut.”

Miller allegedly threatened Rosen, saying on voicemail, “you are f****** evil, b****, and we’re gonna exterminate you … ,” and “You’re gonna burn in hell, b****, and me and Jesus are gonna piss on you, b****.”

A spokesperson for Rosen said the senator “trusts the U.S. Attorney’s office and federal law enforcement to handle this matter.”
In Nevada, threatening a government official qualifies as a class-C felony with offenders facing a minimum sentence of one year and a maximum of five, as well as a fine of not more than $10,000.

The convoys will travel toward Prison 10 near Kfar Yona, where some yeshivah students are being held.

Experts at JNS Summit examine claims of institutional bias against Israel at the United Nations.

The former IDF chief and defense minister told JNS that the Jewish state must remain strong against Iran and its proxies while building domestic consensus and new regional alliances.
“I didn’t serve this country to watch it get sold out by a career politician, who would rather protect his party than his constituents,” Cait Conley stated.
“I have to get even more involved because, apparently, the progressive movement is taking such a deep root in New York City, we have no choice,” Sid Winston, of Brooklyn, told JNS.
Benny Gantz, JNS editor-in-chief Jonathan S. Tobin, Gilad Erdan, Mosab Hassan Yousef, Nissim Black and leading voices in security, diplomacy, media, law and Jewish communal affairs headline the summit’s third day in Jerusalem.
