The Ministry of Strategic Affairs and Public Diplomacy is now partnering with the Jordan Valley Regional Council on a new project to combat BDS that includes participation in international conferences at which products, such as dates and wine from the Judea and Samaria, are distributed to participants, along with information on industrial development in the valley.
A source briefed on the meeting said “the Israelis and Sudanese discussed the warming of relations between the countries and possible Israeli aid to Sudan in the fields of medicine, agriculture and the economy.”
“We discussed the great changes that are taking place in the Arab ‎world in its relations with Israel,” said the Israeli prime minister.

Fighting BDS, Israelis and Palestinians demonstrate living and working together in Jordan Valley

Despite the election of certain pro-BDS candidates, the heads of committees significant for furthering policy related to the Mideast and Israel are mainstream Democrats: New York’s Eliot Engel for Foreign Affairs, and Nita Lowey, also from New York, for Appropriations.
