Shmuel Legesse, Ed.D., is an Israeli-American diplomacy expert, international educator and community activist from Ethiopia’s ancient Jewish community. A former New York State Supreme Court investigator, he has also served in the Israeli Police and specializes in conflict resolution, restorative peace and moral diplomacy.
