Firefight erupts during IDF raid in Nablus; terrorist killed by Israeli forces

Israeli troops came under fire after entering the town in pursuit of a suspect; no Israeli casualties were reported.

A Palestinian terrorist was killed by Israeli troops in Shechem/Nablus in Samaria on Wednesday after they were attacked during an arrest raid, the Israel Defense Forces said in a statement.

According to the IDF, the troops came under fire after entering the town in pursuit of a suspect.

They returned fire, killing one of terrorists.

No Israeli casualties were reported.

Gideon Sa’ar referred to the “extremist, anti-Israel flotilla activists,” while Anita Anand said there was “serious concern with Israel’s mistreatment of Canadian participants in the flotilla.”
