Two Palestinian teenagers stabbed a policeman in the Old City of Jerusalem on Thursday evening.
Police forces shot and killed one of the attackers, and wounded the other.
The policeman, 40, was taken to Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem in moderate condition for stab wounds to his upper body.
Video footage shows two teenagers walking up to a group of police officers in the Old City, with the assailants drawing their knives and starting to slash at one of the officers.
The other officers drew their guns and shot the attackers as they were trying to wound the policeman.
The Old City was closed following the attack.
