‘There will be no move to Phase B without Ran Gvili returning to the State of Israel,’ Ofir Akunis, the Israeli consul general in New York, told JNS.
The Manhattan district attorney said that Salem Seleiman will serve two years for his role in a hate crime attack on Joseph Borgen.

The event, meant to build dialogue among media members and ideas toward advancing Israeli-Palestinian peace, again featured a pro-BDS panelist.
Levi Aron, 49, was serving a 40-years-to-life sentence for the 2011 killing.
The Israeli president said he was following with concern the growing anti-Israel sentiments among American youth.
“We’re not going anywhere so fast. We can’t be erased,” one attendee told JNS. “People aren’t surrendering.”
“We must stop antisemitism because we are all connected, and we’re all involved in this together,” the New York City mayor said.
The visit will coincide with a “deeply concerning rise in antisemitic incidents from both the right and the left,” the Israeli president’s office said.
