The world ignores the crushing suppression of the Iranian people by the murderous mullahs of Tehran.

And after a horrific pogrom against Israelis that the Iranian mullahs planned, directed and applauded, antisemitic rallies are now being held in Western cities and on college campuses.

Political cartoonist Yaakov Kirschen grew up in Brooklyn, N.Y., made aliyah to Israel in 1971 and began drawing “Dry Bones” in January 1973. The internationally syndicated, award-winning cartoons ran in The Jerusalem Post for 50 years. They were reprinted in The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Wall Street Journal, TIME and other mainstream media publications. The “Dry Bones” story has been covered by CBS, CNN and Forbes, among other outlets. He was a member of America’s National Cartoonists Society and the Israeli Cartoonists Society. Kirschen died at 87 on April 14, 2025.
The Democratic Socialists of America’s Liberation Caucus said that a potential presidential run from the New York congresswoman “should be met with a clear answer from the socialist left: No.”
According to the party, 76,068 members voted, a turnout of 53%.
“There is democracy within Likud,” Israeli Transportation and Road Safety Minister Miri Regev told JNS.
“The Saudi curriculum has never been more positive in its portrayal of religious minorities or more encouraging of peace and tolerance,” said IMPACT-se CEO Marcus Sheff.
