WATCH: Friday sermon by Gaza cleric: ‘Return March’ goes hand in hand with jihad’

Sheikh Musa Abu Jleidan declared that the weekly marches are a “form of jihad” that “does not eliminate the need for jihad by the sword, by missiles and by rockets.”

In a Friday sermon, Gaza cleric Sheikh Musa Abu Jleidan said that the “Great Return March” is a “form of jihad” that “does not eliminate the need for jihad by the sword, by missiles and by rockets.”

“They go hand in hand,” he said.

Speaking at Masjid Al-Abrar, Rafah, on April 27, Sheikh Abu Jleidan further said that the Jews “are the philosophers of terrorism and crime, people of treachery and deceit, who slayed the prophets of Allah.”

The sermon was posted on Sheikh Abu Jleidan’s YouTube channel.

With 99% of votes counted, Dr. Abdul El-Sayed leads Rep. Haley Stevens by one percentage point, roughly 15,000 votes.
“We are standing firm on our interests,” Israel’s prime minister said in relation to the Board of Peace’s 15-point Roadmap for Gaza.
“I remain deeply concerned and very troubled by the unacceptable spike in hate crimes, particularly driven by those targeting Jewish New Yorkers,” New York City Council speaker Julie Menin told JNS.
The U.S. president insists that American naval forces are maintaining a strict blockade until Tehran agrees to a deal or total surrender.
