Jewish and Israeli visitors to the Fondazione Prada have been offended by clear anti-Jewish undertones on display.
The sign, posted on a building owned by Palestinian-American Ihsan Atta, features a swastika in a Star of David, along with the words, “the irony of becoming what you once hated.”
A garden in Nogent-sur-Marne dedicated to Sarah Halimi and Mireille Knoll was defaced with a swastika.
“It’s in vogue to believe that the Jews are evil and the Jewish state is evil,” the lawyer Lori Lowenthal Marcus told JNS. “They’re feeling like they’re on the side of justice.”
The video platform said the podcaster, who has a history of anti-Jewish rhetoric, violated its terms by suggesting Jews control the media.
The move comes amid an increase in acts targeting the Australian Jewish and pro-Israel community in the wake of Hamas’s Oct. 7 massacre.
“We’re here to ensure that our students can go to class and that those attending synagogue services are given the right to pray without 25 protesters screaming outside.”
“Educators may in many cases be required to take affirmative steps to end harassment, intimidation and violence against Jewish individuals,” according to an advisory opinion.
