At a Krakow summit, Jewish leaders and politicians, including Boris Johnson, warned that anti-Israel hate endangered Europe’s Jewish future.
“While the original, approved design for this float did not contain this imagery, it does not change the fact that this highly recognizable symbol of hate was included,” Timothy Senior stated.
“Jews in the world community from all side needs to find common ground,” said director Oren Rudavsky. “I think he would have sought to unify people, even if we believe different things.”
“I thought I had seen it all, but being attacked on the train tracks into Auschwitz is a whole new low,” said Los Angeles native Charlotte Korchak.
“Every year, [Israeli] delegations are allowed in with flags. We were shocked by the decision,” said one of the marchers.
“Auschwitz is not a prop,” the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum told Kyle Langford.
“By immersing these cadets and midshipmen in the history of Auschwitz and the Holocaust, we hope to inspire ethical leadership rooted in humanity and justice,” said the chairman of the Auschwitz Jewish Center Foundation.

The Auschwitz-Birkenau Virtual Film Location harnesses 3D-scanning technologies to preserve the site’s historical integrity.
“Rather than ruin a couple 20-year-olds’ lives, maybe this can be used as a teaching moment,” Dave Portnoy said.
“Either the Islamic Republic will dismantle its nuclear program voluntarily, or the free world will do it for them,” said Pastor John Hagee, founder of Christians United for Israel.
The delegation from the U.S. and Europe was the largest to date organized by Rutgers’ Miller Center on Policing and the University of Virginia.
