Ayman Odeh

Ayman Odeh had come to Ness Ziona to speak at a small protest against the war against Hamas terrorists in Gaza.
Fifteen Knesset members voted against the proposal, and multiple opposition MKs boycotted the vote.
Three legislators stand with Ayman Odeh of the Hadash-Ta’al Party, and “with the right of all lawmakers, Arab and Jewish, to speak freely and without fear of political retribution.”
Only Knesset members Ahmad Tibi and Walid Taha voted against the proposal to impeach MK Ayman Odeh.
The head of the Hadash-Ta’al list had earlier labeled the procedure a “blatant, fascist and anti-democratic move.”
“Anyone who encourages Hamas cannot sit in the Israeli Knesset,” stated B’Tslamo.
Ayman Odeh’s “outrageous” comparison between the hostages in Gaza and Palestinian security prisoners in Israel “clearly constitute support for terrorism,” said Likud MK Avichai Boaron.
Ayman Odeh, who heads the far-left Hadash Party, was rebuked by both the left and the right.
“If it were up to you—in the opposition, the TV studios, the former officials—you would have given up a long time ago,” the PM said at the Knesset.
The coalition is said to be waiting until its judicial reform package is passed before formally presenting the bill, out of concern that otherwise it will be struck down by the Supreme Court.

In a video, a Knesset usher leads party leader Ayman Odeh to a room with the seal and flags. Then, when the photographers asked him to come in for a picture, he waves them off and walks away.
Those who think increased budgets for the sector will change things “don’t understand the reality,” Professor Dan Schueftan told JNS.
