David Marcu, who made aliyah in 1984, is president of Israel Elwyn, Israel’s largest nonprofit organization supporting people with disabilities, having served as its CEO for 30 years. He was a 2021 recipient of the Sylvan Adams Bonei Zion Prize: Nefesh B’Nefesh.
