The arrest raids came days after footage of a rally celebrating the release of a Hamas terrorist went viral on social media.
The suspect was allegedly in touch with a female terrorist operative outside of Israel and shared information with her.

According to initial reports, seven suspects crossed the outer perimeter fence of the IDF’s Central Command base.
The suspect, Nabil Shabani, 60, was employed as a cleaner and handyman in the 70-year-old victim’s apartment complex, according to Israeli authorities.
Official travel within the area will still require approval from the embassy’s security office.
Most of the foiled attacks involved firearms and explosive devices, with the others being stabbings, car-rammings, suicide bombings and abductions.
