Israel’s national electric company says it has begun reducing power supplies to Palestinian areas in Judea and Samaria due a financial dispute with the Palestinians’ main power distributor.
Between January and August 2019, the BBC News website reported 25.7 percent of the terror attacks against Israel and 80 percent of the resulting fatalities, according to BBC Watch.
King Abdullah II also warned the relationship between Jordan and Israel would be affected by such a move.
His announcement drew the expected condemnations from the left; on the right, some criticized the Israeli prime minister for waiting until now to implement this move.

The Trump administration said that it will continue to push ahead with releasing its long-awaited Mideast peace plan after the Israeli elections.
“The Prime Minister’s announcement is fully in line with Israel’s international legal rights. Because these territories were part of the British Mandate, Israel has as much legal right to them as to Tel Aviv,” said Eugene Kontorovich, director of international law at the Jerusalem-based Kohelet Policy Forum.
“It is our expectation that the Federal Court of Appeal will overturn the lower court’s decision,” says Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs CEO Shimon Koffler Fogel.
