“The more we help Israel in terms of their capability to deny Iran a nuclear weapon, the less likely we’ll have a war,” Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said, adding that the theUnited States should try to provide Israel with “anything that changes the equation.”
The two discussed Iran and Middle East security challenges, as well as ways to increase bilateral cooperation.
The New Jersey Democrat said, “Let me be clear: In the face of a terrorist organization committed to Israel’s destruction, willing to indiscriminately attack civilians and put others directly in harm’s way, Israel has every right to defend herself and her population, full stop.”
The money is “a good investment for the American people,” says Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) during a visit to southern Israel.
“Without Iranian support, Hamas would be neutered and Hezbollah would be neutered,” said Sen. Lindsey Graham. “So when it comes to Israeli national security threats, all roads lead back to Tehran.”
“The worst possible outcome for the world is to allow the Iranian regime to acquire nuclear capability,” the senator tells Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
