The congressman’s “clarity and conviction” strengthen the shared U.S.-Israel stand against terrorism, the prime minister said.
Socialism and communism “are quickly coming to a town near you, unless you let your voice of common sense be heard,” Mike Johnson said.
“I believe Judea and Samaria are the traditional lands that belong to Israel,” the House speaker said.
During the event, the Netanyahus also met with Yaron and Ditsa Or, the parents of 32-year-old hostage Avinatan Or.
“The world may not see it that way, but we do,” said the House Speaker, according to the Ariel Municipality.
“We look forward to rescheduling the address in the near future and send our prayers to the people of Israel and the Middle East,” Johnson wrote.
“It will be one of the highest honors of my life,” the Louisiana Republican stated. “We’re bound by the same beliefs, the same psalms and the same pursuit of liberty.”
