Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) called the International Criminal Court’s decision to seek warrants for Israeli leaders “shocking and disgraceful.”
“My actions were well intended,” said Christi Fraga, of Doral, Fla., who rescinded the resolution and offered a new one in support of Israel.
“It has never been more important to educate Americans from all backgrounds,” Arthur Maserjian, chief of staff at Combat Antisemitism Movement, told JNS.
The state “has long stood with Israel and with our Jewish community,” said Gov. Henry McMaster, of the bill codifying the IHRA definition of Jew-hatred.
The group’s website states “decolonize Palestine” and has an image of a bulldozer that terrorists drove through the border fence with Israel on Oct. 7, said Sen. Shelley Moore Capito.
“We’re losing a worldwide propaganda war to baby killers,” said Rep. Brad Sherman of California. “That means things are not going well at all.”
“Hate speech and destruction of property will not be tolerated in Loudoun County,” said Sheriff Mike Chapman of Loudoun County, Va.
Passages participated in the event to show support for the Jewish state amid unprecedented hostility at college campuses.
“Very shortly, I think you’ll see aid starting to be delivered,” said Air Force Maj. Gen. Pat Ryder, the Pentagon press secretary.
“We need a voice. We need to protect ourselves,” said the treasurer of the new American Jewish Medical Association.
“Congress will not tolerate your dereliction of your duty to your Jewish students,” said Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-N.C.).
The Arkansas Senator dismissed the allegations of atrocities, calling the charges “antisemitic and politically motivated.”
