A delegation from Great Neck, NY, led by Mayor Pedram Bral joined youth from the community of Eli in Samaria, to raise a large Hanukkah menorah over the Shiloh Valley.

The site where the Menorah was raised is an area that local youth are attempting to develop into a new community that would become an extension of the Eli community.
