Aunt of hostage Naama Levy: Israelis must scream to bring them home

“It’s half a year already, it’s unbelievable,” Hadas Zubary said.

Hadas Zubary, whose niece Naama Levy, 19, is a captive in Gaza, tells JNS that Sunday, six months since Hamas’s Oct. 7 massacre and kidnapping of 253 people, is a “very sad day for us.”

“It’s half a year already, it’s unbelievable. We did not think it could be more than a month,” Zubary said.

“We are here [near the Knesset in Jerusalem, preparing to participate in a demonstration calling on the government to free the hostages] because we want everyone to know that it is still happening, and we wish people would join us and support us and scream to bring them back. I know there are many issues and agendas but I think we all should unite and say the same thing,” she continued.

“The most urgent thing is to bring them home.”

Levy was abducted by Hamas terrorists from the Nahal Oz military base, and later filmed with her hands bound behind her back and bleeding from her posterior.

Police enforce road closures and warn of zero tolerance for violence following online incitement.
“Three terrorists were eliminated, and an additional hit was identified,” the army said.
“It’s a possibility that could happen, certainly,” the president told reporters.
“The secretary of state has determined and provided detailed justification that an emergency exists that requires the immediate sale to Israel,” the U.S. State Department said.
Sen. Maria Cantwell cited an “alarming rise in attacks against the Jewish community here in Seattle and in Europe.”
“I was accosted by a group of several individuals in the hall, among them students and non-students,” Michael Kotlikoff stated.
