Legal groups are seeking answers to the Persian Gulf country’s ties with Texas A&M University.
The updated law exempts individuals and smaller companies, specifically those with less than 10 full-time employees or valued under $100,000.
“Parents of incoming students need to know that they are paying for the indoctrination of their children and the general public when they pay their tuition fees,” said CAMERA researcher Dexter Van Zile.

The amendment established a roadblock for any future attempts at introducing a BDS measure at California Polytechnic State University.
“It is time for Jewish parents to vote with their dollars and to take NYU off the list of consideration for their kids to attend. There are plenty of other great schools who aren’t endorsing anti-Semitism at every turn,” said Club Z executive director Masha Merkulova.
Performers targeted included Madonna, Bilal Hassani, Alessandro Mahmoud, Michael Rice and Sarah McTernan, as well as participating countries’ broadcast authorities. It is estimated that the tweets had a potential reach of 9.7 million users.
