Benjamin Netanyahu

“We are in the midst of a terror onslaught that is being encouraged, directed and financed by Iran and its proxies,” said Netanyahu.
The PMO clarification came after Israel’s strategic affairs minister suggested in an interview that Jerusalem might be open to a Saudi civilian nuclear program as part of a normalization deal.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been caught in a pincer maneuver by a hostile judiciary and bureaucracy.
The prime minister cited several “revolutions,” from economic to political, that took place under governments he led.
“We are building Jerusalem, strengthening the governance and uniting Jerusalem,” Netanyahu said.
He is slated to discuss antisemitism and other topics with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other leaders.
The call from National Unity MK Matan Kahana comes after Yesh Atid lawmaker Elazar Stern expressed a similar desire.
Israeli officials have described the visit as part of the general’s farewell tour before he retires later this year.
The prime minister and the defense minister defended IDF leaders, who have come under criticism for the way they have handled anti-reform reservists’ refusals to serve.
Earlier, Netanyahu’s ultra-Orthodox partners demanded the reform be halted to allow for the passing of a conscription law.
“The State of Israel is a free country in which no one will restrict who may use public transportation or dictate who sits where,” said the PM.
Elazar Stern’s comments come after party and opposition leader Yair Lapid said that joining a unity government would “ruin the country.”
