Canada has seen rising numbers of anti-Semitic attacks in recent years.
The incident in part of the city’s “vibrant Jewish community” is being treated as a hate crime by police.
TV producer Susan Standfield said “my design is an act of solidarity among all persecuted people.”
The group is now “against the existence of the U.S. and Canada, calling it ‘occupied Turtle Island.’ It is undoubtedly a significant development, and we are monitoring it closely,” the Canary Mission told JNS.
“Ultimately, the IRGC is more dangerous than any of the groups listed, and constitutes a real and present danger to Iranian dissidents, the Jewish community and Canadians in general,” said B’nai Brith Canada.
Rabbi Reuben Poupko of the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs called the graffiti “vile.”
“The Federal Court has struck a massive blow against Palestinian terrorism and in favor of its victims,” said CEO of B’nai Brith Canada Michael Mostyn.
The outlet seeks sponsors for podcasts, videos and articles.
“The demise of the traditional print paper elicits powerful emotions, from nostalgia to wistfulness. We wish the outcome could be different,” stated the newspaper.
“No one more qualified to lead the fight against it on Canada’s behalf on the international stage,” said Jeffrey Rosenthal of the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs.
The United States, Israel, Marshall Islands, Micronesia and Nauru voted against the resolution.
Avi Benlolo, former president and CEO of the Friends of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, applauded the resolution’s passage.
