The first new shipment of armored vehicles for use by the Israel Defense Forces arrived at Ben-Gurion International Airport on Thursday, according to the Israeli Defense Ministry. It said the trucks would replace ones damaged in the war.

Maj. Gen. (res.) Eyal Zamir, director general of the Defense Ministry, authorized about $105 million worth of domestic and international orders of military supplies, the ministry said.

The delivered and forthcoming supplies, which are to include armored ambulances and other vehicles, tactical trucks and mechanical engineering equipment, are “aimed at bolstering the IDF’s fleet of vehicles to address a range of operational scenarios,” the ministry added.

“Hundreds of vehicles have already been delivered to the IDF by the Israel Ministry of Defense, with several hundred more currently en route to Israel,” it said.

European allies have angered U.S. President Donald Trump by refusing to allow American forces to use their military bases during the war against Iran.
“This decision... places Argentina... at the forefront of the free world in the fight against the Iranian regime of terror and its proxies,” said Israel’s foreign minister.
