Caitlyn Jenner left Israel through the country’s land border with Jordan as Ben-Gurion International Airport remains closed amid the ongoing fighting with Iran, the Ynet news outlet reported on Sunday.

The transgender activist, who was born as Bruce Jenner, touched down in Israel on Wednesday to attend the Tel Aviv Pride Parade, which was originally scheduled for Friday but was canceled due to “Operation Rising Lion.”

Jenner is reportedly scheduled to fly back to the United States from Amman’s Queen Alia International Airport.

Jenner spent the weekend in a Tel Aviv shelter as Iranian ballistic missiles rained down on Israel, the activist said on social media.

“I am here in Israel, in Tel Aviv, with you all. I am a friend, advocate, ally, and thank you to the Israeli people for making me family,” the activist wrote. We will prevail and liberate the poor Iranian people held hostage by terrorist thugs!” Jenner added: “What an incredible way it has been to celebrate Shabbat.”

The leadership of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and U.S. President Donald Trump “will not allow this reckless violence towards so many to continue,” wrote the activist. “Israeli jets overhead in Iran now. (Bye, bye terrorists.) We will liberate Iran’s citizens. Thank you to all allies! PEACE FOR ALL!”

Early on Friday, Israel Air Force fighter jets launched attacks on dozens of targets, including military and nuclear sites, in a pre-emptive, precise, combined offensive campaign against Tehran’s nuclear capabilities.

The IDF said the attacks were based on “high-quality intelligence” and “in response to the Iranian regime’s ongoing aggression against Israel.”

Netanyahu on Friday morning said that the military operation would “continue for as many days as it takes to remove this threat,” while vowing to remove “the Iranian threat to Israel’s very survival.”

At least 10 people were killed overnight Saturday in a wave of Iranian missile attacks on civilian areas across Israel. Nearly 80 missiles were fired in two barrages, Hebrew media reported on Sunday.

About 40 missiles were fired at the north, and 35 missiles targeted the center.
