Israeli security forces have arrested four suspected accomplices of the terrorists who committed the May 5 attack in Elad and the April 29 attack in Ariel, the Israel Defense Forces said in a statement on Monday.

The suspects were located and arrested overnight Sunday with the assistance of the Border Police and Israel Security Agency, according to the statement.

Two suspects were arrested in the Palestinian village of Rumana in northern Samaria, near Jenin, in connection with the Elad attack, and two more were apprehended in Qarawat Bani Hassan, near Ariel, the military said.

Eleven additional arrests were also made following counter-terror operations in the Balata Refugee Camp and the villages of Aida, Bayt Rima, Bil’in, Azzun, Qatanna and Himza. Israeli forces seized two knives and two handguns in Azzun, according to the IDF.

On Sunday, As’ad Yousef As’ad al-Rifa’i and Subhi Emad Subhi Abu Shqeir, both of Rumana, were captured in a forest near Elad following a 60-hour manhunt.

On Saturday, the IDF said it had informed the families of Yousef A’ssi and Yahyah Maree, the terrorists responsible for the Ariel attack, that their homes would be demolished. The two were arrested in their homes in Qarawat Bani Hassan on April 30, according to the IDF.
