Medics evacuated a 20-year-old man with serious shrapnel wounds to Wolfson Medical Center in Holon.
The would-be terrorists, both 14 years old, were apprehended near the Savidor Central railway station on Nov. 2.
“If Hamas could have its way, it would do to us exactly what the Nazis did to the Jews,” the Israeli prime minister told her.
“I have never seen my people so united. I am inspired by this surge of solidarity, cohesion and generosity,” said 26-year-old Tel Aviv resident Matan.
“Tel Aviv must not become a dangerous place for the traditional religious and ultra-Orthodox public,” said Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich.
The decision came after secular protesters forcefully prevented Rosh Yehudi, an outreach group, from holding a gender-separate Yom Kippur service.

“I am glad that the extreme left has realized that there is no longer room for antisemitism against Jews in the heart of Tel Aviv,” said the national security minister.
“The most important thing is to lower the flames,” said the Israeli premier, in what was seen as a veiled swipe at National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir.
The secular-Orthodox divide has grown wider.
“To our astonishment, specifically in the Jewish state, on the holiest day for the Jewish people, left-wing demonstrators rioted against Jews during their prayers,” said the prime minister.
The Coalition for Jewish values claimed Ron Huldai’s move “will preclude public prayer in accordance with Jewish tradition.”
