IHRA

The American Bar Association, a law-school accreditor, voted to pass on the IHRA definition.
Jew-hatred is increasingly focusing on hatred of the Jewish state, Minister Amichai Chikli says.
Westchester County, New York and Snohomish County, Washington implemented the IHRA working definition within a day of each other.
The Combat Antisemitism Movement figure includes 30 U.S. states.
The eight-page document goes month by month in chronicling a slew of hate crimes and anti-Jewish harassment in the Bluegrass State.
“Antisemitism is on the rise and must be condemned, along with all forms of intolerance and hatred,” said the Canadian province’s Minister of Justice and Attorney General Bronwyn Eyre.
The definition will be used for bias education and training.
“Antisemitism has no place in our city and today we take an important step towards a more inclusive and safe society for all,” Vancouver Mayor Ken Sim tweeted.
“This also signifies that the City of Los Angeles stands against all forms of hate and will help guide efforts to identify anti-Semitism and equip policymakers to address an alarming rise in hate,” said Rabbi Noah Farkas, president and CEO of the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles.
“Anti-Semitism has generally declined in the areas where the IHRA definition has been implemented,” said B’nai Brith Canada CEO Michael Mostyn.
New York City’s public university system is set to include the broadly accepted definition as an “educational tool” only.
“For too long, the anti-Semites have set the agenda and hidden behind the lack of a definition of anti-Semitism,” says CEO of the Combat Antisemitism Movement.
