Israel carried out airstrikes on key Hamas terrorist figures and infrastructure in Gaza overnight Tuesday, including a senior terrorist in a former school in Daraj Tuffah used as a command and control center, according to the Israel Defense Forces.

Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad operatives in Khan Yunis and Deir al Balah were also targeted.

Over the past 24 hours, more than 50 terrorist targets were struck across Gaza, including weapon caches, underground infrastructure and Hamas military sites.

Precautions were taken to minimize civilian casualties, the IDF emphasized.

The president said the joint U.S.-Israel military campaign could conclude within two to three weeks as objectives near completion.
Israel must designate the Palestinian Authority a terrorist organization and “act to dismantle it completely,” the Yesha Council said.
“It’s a great victory for the First Amendment right to free speech, including the right to draw attention to bigotry and hateful speech,” Paul Eckles, of the Brandeis Center, told JNS. “We commend our client for having the courage to speak out.”
U.S. President Donald Trump appears to have precipitated the move by demanding congressional action in a social media post earlier on Wednesday.
