Lies, innuendo and misinformation occur daily these days in reporting on Israel.
A movement is underway by Democrats to refuse contributions from AIPAC, the leading lobbying and political-candidate-funding organization supporting the U.S.-Israel relationship.
Its unprecedented accomplishments—economic prosperity, a robust democracy, a resilient social fabric and outsized international influence—stem from a culture of optimism, ingenuity and determination.
Instead of reporting on the root problems causing civilian deaths and displacement, new outlets eagerly cover proposals to restrict defensive arms sales to Israel.
Westerners rarely apply the terms “colonialism” and “imperialism” to Arabs or Muslims, though the land they control is far larger than Europe or the United States.

No such studies have been started, let alone completed. Given the utter destruction in the Strip, statistics may take 10 or even 20 years to compile.
The move does not threaten the welfare of Palestinians and was not “politically” motivated. It was a matter of security.
