Etgar Lefkovits is an award-winning international journalist who is an Israel correspondent and feature news writer at JNS. A native of Chicago, he has two decades of experience in journalism having served as Jerusalem correspondent in one of the world’s most demanding positions. He is now based in Tel Aviv.

An official announcement of the long-awaited move will be made during Argentine President Javiel Milei’s June 9-11 visit to Israel, according to Argentina’s Ambassador to Israel.
“This resumption follows a detailed assessment of operational considerations for the region,” the airline said in a statement.
“Ours is a history of friendship forged in struggle and deepened in shared values,” Israel’s deputy foreign minister told Czech legislators at the event.
“If these initiatives are successful, Israel will simply be eliminated,” said Gideon Sa’ar.
“If I need to choose between the life of my children and the sympathy of the Europeans, the choice is clear,” said Sharren Haskel.
