A previous decision was upheld, as Haredi slate loses its case against the Reform movement, which it accused of trying to lure ineligible voters by advertising the eligibility of those who identify as Jewish.
State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce also says media misinformation is contributing to the antisemitic climate in the US.
