Trump blasts Omar as ‘anti-Semitic’ and ‘anti-Israel’
“Before Nancy [Pelosi], who has lost all control of Congress and is getting nothing done, decides to defend her leader, Rep. [Ilhan] Omar, she should look at the anti-Semitic, anti-Israel and ungrateful U.S. HATE statements Omar has made. She is out of control, except for her control of Nancy!” he tweeted.
“Congresswoman Omar, now is the time to let your constituents and concerned Americans know whether you condemn or endorse these views delivered to your community from the pulpit of a Minneapolis mosque,” said Rabbi Abraham Cooper of the Simon Wiesenthal Center.
It comes one day after Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) spoke at the CAIR Greater Los Angeles’ fourth annual Valley Banquet.
Adam Milstein has withdrawn from a panel at the upcoming AIPAC conference after tweets criticizing Democratic Reps. Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib over their rhetoric and ties to CAIR.
“They irrationally condemn the Jewish state, but never condemn the murderous actions of Hamas or Syria, or the Palestinian dictator and terrorist [Mahmoud] Abbas,” said Zionist Organization of America national president Mort Klein.
“Iran’s regime calling Israel a ‘cancerous tumor’ is like the pot calling the kettle black. All the people of that region will be better off once both murderous regimes are terminated,” wrote Hussam Ayloush, a senior Council on American-Islamic Relations official.
