There is “cooperation between Iran, Hezbollah and Hamas on the soil of Lebanon” to initiate terror attacks against Israelis, said the diplomat.

Leftwing critics of the legislation said it compromises judges’ independence, whereas a prominent rightwing activist said it was too mild.
“Hamas, which insists on continuing to hold hostages and refuses to demilitarize the Gaza Strip, is pushing for the renewal of war in Gaza,” the Israeli foreign minister said.
