Iran’s Supreme Leader has not been seen in public and did not deliver an address for the Iranian New Year on Friday, and the rumor mill is in full swing.
Victims received an initial $129 million payment on March 20, with the remaining $189 million to be paid over three years with interest.
“We just spoke to Israel a little while ago. I think they’ll be very happy,” he told reporters.
The raid follows Sunday’s attacks on Iran’s Defense and Intelligence ministries, the IRGC Air Force and Internal Security Forces.
At some point there will be a clear signal for the Iranian people “to come out,” Adm. Brad Cooper adds.
The U.S. president said the contacts were “in depth, detailed and constructive,” and could lead to a “complete and total resolution” of the conflict.
“Israel remains committed to protecting these holy sites for all,” the Foreign Ministry said.
“The war will end when there’s not an entity in Tehran that’s going to threaten the region,” the Israeli ambassador to the U.S. said.
