A traffic accident claimed the lives of six Palestinian workers on Sunday morning, when a minibus transporting the group of men in their 30s collided with a truck that had veered into its lane.
An additional five people were injured on the Jordan Valley Route 90 accident, four seriously.
According to rescue workers who arrived at the scene, some of the injured had to be rescued from the crushed minibus, and were taken to hospitals by ambulance and by military helicopter.
This is the second lethal accident on Route 90 in just five days.
On Tuesday, an entire family from the Samaria community of Psagot were killed in a collision on the same road near Ein Bokek: Yariv Atar, 45, his wife Shoshi, 47, and their six children.
