The end of the rule of law in Israel

Marking the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, the Oslo Accords and the age of fraud. The Caroline Glick Show “In-Focus”

In Caroline Glick’s show “In-Focus,” she discusses the nature of the “Era of Fraud.” In light of the 30th anniversary of the Oslo Accords being marked on Sept. 13, the process was based on the fraudulent claim that the PLO had given up terror.

Once the realization was apparent, rather than abandon Oslo, Israel embraced the accords and has lived with a lie at the center of its national strategy ever since.

Glick talks about how that happened, as well as about the nature of jihad and the Jewish state, and how Western civilization dominates such discourse and blinds leaders to the realities of global terrorism—most notably, witnessed in full force on Sept. 11, 2001.

She then moves on to a discussion of the Israeli Supreme Court’s efforts to seize the powers of the Knesset by judicial fiat and empty Israel’s rule of law of real meaning.
