The organization said he revitalized operations, including Israel advocacy, during a time when antisemitism and anti-Israel fervor seeped into schools and cities across the country.
“Ian Epstein was full of life. He loved being a flight attendant because he truly enjoyed traveling and meeting new people,” the victim’s family stated.
With the rise of global antisemitism, B’nai B’rith’s “work is more important now than at any other time since the Holocaust,” the new elect said.
“Hassan Diab’s employment as a lecturer was a betrayal of the Canadian values of justice, safety and accountability,” said B’nai Brith Canada.
