A trailer for the show suggested that criticizing the Jewish state will be on tap on the new YouTube program.
The group praised the congressman for having “consistently condemned the Israeli government’s genocidal attacks on the Palestinian people.”
“I don’t think the party is as deeply divided as the media reports,” George Latimer told JNS on the sidelines of the Democratic National Convention.
“There is no excuse for a prominent headline stating Mr. Bowman was ‘overtaken by flood of pro-Israel money,” the Federation’s CEO stated.
“Congressman Bowman made anti-Israelism the centerpiece of his campaign in a deep-blue district,” DMFI PAC said.
Asked if Rep. Jamaal Bowman should be accusing his opponent of supporting genocide in Gaza, the governor replied: “I think we should stop calling names.”
“When you call three days after the attack for ‘ceasefire,’ what you’re really saying is, ‘We want Hamas to keep the hostages and now we want to start negotiating,’” said Westchester County Executive George Latimer.
The unnamed Jewish leader said the request made him think, “I don’t want to be his court Jew.”
PAC chairman Mark Mellman accused the “Squad” member of working with “groups whose stated goal is the destruction of our party.”
“I condemn the attacks by the Iranian military on Israel, as well as Israel’s military attack on the Iranian consulate in Syria that further escalates tension in the region,” said Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.).
The New York City representative first sought to distance himself from the controversial leader, then did an about-face and supported him “as part of black history.”
“I regret posting anything about any of these people,” he says. “I don’t believe anything that these cranks have said.”
