“We are witnessing the next revolution in Israel. Food-tech is the next cyber, and I believe Israel is on its way to becoming a superpower in the field,” said Erel Margalit, founder and executive chairman of Jerusalem Venture Partners and Margalit Startup City Galil.
Setting up shop in Israel’s north is the Beit Asher Food-Tech Quarter, a food startup and innovation center; and the Jewish National Fund International Institute of Culinary Arts.
