Naim Qassem said in a televised address that removing the Iranian terror proxy’s weapons is “not in Lebanon’s interests.”
Training at the Radwan Force facility included live-fire exercises and additional drills involving a range of weapons.
Later on Thursday, the IDF carried out a second strike.
These sites constituted a “violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon,” according to the Israeli military.
An initial review found that one of the terrorists killed in the strike also served in a Lebanese intelligence unit.
The IDF earlier killed two terrorists in the Yater area of Southern Lebanon, including one attempting to rebuild the Iranian proxy’s “military” infrastructure.
Nawaf Salam says the first phase under the U.S.-brokered ceasefire is nearly done.
The U.S. senator called it “an unacceptable outcome,” speaking during a meeting with Netanyahu in Jerusalem.
