Israel brings down Hezbollah drone launched into airspace from Lebanon

The Israeli Defense Forces brought down a Hezbollah-launched drone, which they said was monitored during its flight, that crossed into Israeli airspace on Thursday.

An initial investigation revealed that the drone was launched by a special-forces unit from Lebanon, reported Ynet.

Electronic means were used to take down the drone, which seemed to be on an intelligence-gathering mission.

On Wednesday, Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah said the terror organization had been producing drones for a long time and even selling them.

The former IDF chief and defense minister told JNS that the Jewish state must remain strong against Iran and its proxies while building domestic consensus and new regional alliances.
“I didn’t serve this country to watch it get sold out by a career politician, who would rather protect his party than his constituents,” Cait Conley stated.
“I have to get even more involved because, apparently, the progressive movement is taking such a deep root in New York City, we have no choice,” Sid Winston, of Brooklyn, told JNS.
