Moshe Ya’alon
The decision came in response to a request from Itzik Bunzel, whose son Amit Buntzel was killed in action in Gaza, as well as the Im Tirtzu NGO.
Ya’alon had claimed that “unproven” intelligence from files “presented as” Emirati intelligence proved that the premier received cash from Doha.
Israeli opposition leader Yair Lapid was among the many who denounced the former defense minister’s claims.
The former defense minister drew a sharp rebuke from Israeli politicians after accusing the government of cleansing northern Gaza of Arabs.
Earlier this week, Israeli authorities thwarted a second attempt by Hezbollah to assassinate a “former senior security official.”
The labor action is timed to coincide with the first vote on the government’s program in the Knesset.
Telem and Yesh Atid were originally members of Blue and White, but left the bloc when Benny Gantz decided to join Benjamin Netanyahu’s government.
Ya’alon, who now is No. 3 in Blue and White, told JNS that “the Jordan Valley is the eastern border of the State of Israel forever,” and that this has always been Blue and White’s platform and belief.

Of the 22 parties currently running, 14 parties are currently all polling within one or two seats above or below the electoral threshold, many within a margin of error. Party leaders will be forced to make compromises and political alliances, or risk not making it through to the parliament.
The latest polling has suggested that Moshe Ya’alon would fail to clear the 3.25 percent minimum vote threshold needed to enter the Knesset.
