The blessings of war

The Yishai Fleisher Show with hosts Yishai and Malkah Fleisher and guest Ben Bresky.

Yishai and Malkah Fleisher are back, and they reflect on three months of war since Oct. 7, including the killing of master terrorist Saleh al-Arouri, the political willingness to discuss voluntary emigration for Gaza Arabs, and the religious change, teshuvah, happening in the Land of Israel. Also, Ben Bresky on the amazing story of the Tekhelet blue string commandment. And finally, Table Torah discusses celebrating Jewish birth related to the Torah portion and the new book of Shemot.

Produced by Yishai Fleisher and the Land of Israel network, and part of JNS’s library, “The Yishai Fleisher Show” is a popular English-language podcast exploring Israeli life, politics and Jewish thought.

Drawing on his experience as a journalist, legal and biblical scholar, Israel Defense Forces soldier and spokesman for the Jewish Community of Hebron, Fleisher sheds light on everything from global and Middle East news to weekly Bible/Torah study, health, family, and, of course, the amazing rebirth of Israel.

Yishai Fleisher is the international spokesman for the Jewish community of Hebron and an advisor to Israel’s National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir.
“I’m happy that the University of Washington, for literally the first time ever, has made the correct decision to not have an America-hating communist spread his hatred and terrible ideology to young people at our taxpayer funded universities,” Republican state representative Travis Couture told JNS.
The cohort includes 392 new immigrants—246 men and 146 women.
