The U.S. Secretary of State described the Holocaust as not only a genocide but “one of the largest mass thefts in history.”
“The timing shows that this is very much about the upcoming elections,” professor Eugene Kontorovich tells JNS.
“For Blinken to announce this in the middle of a war and when the Jewish Sabbath already has begun in Israel is unconscionable,” said David Friedman, former U.S. ambassador to Israel.
