Alison Chabloz, a 54-year-old amateur musician, was sentenced by a British judge to 20 weeks’ imprisonment, suspended for two years, for threatening messages and anti-Semitic songs that she posted to her YouTube channel.
The ESJF was founded in 2015 to protect Jewish burial sites in Central and Eastern Europe, particularly in places where Jewish communities were wiped out during the Holocaust. “We bow our heads to their heroism, their bravery, their determination and courage,” Polish President Andrzej Duda said at the ceremony at the Monument to the Ghetto Heroes in Warsaw.
