The concurrent resolution “supports and encourages practices that exemplify religious freedom in public spaces.”
“We have only just begun to hunt, dismantle, demoralize, destroy and defeat their capabilities just four days in,” the U.S. defense secretary said.
“Until the Department of Education or Congress holds these school leaders accountable, we’re going to keep dealing with this festering problem,” Stu Smith, of the Manhattan Institute, told JNS.
The measure would allow certain things without congressional approval, like defending troops, embassies and allies, but not putting troops on the ground.

He was also asked about his message to Jewish New Yorkers, given “some backlash, some pushback against your remarks about the war, calling it an illegal war of aggression.”
Israel’s official X account shares Times Square video hailing Khamenei’s death in joint U.S.-Israel strike as “a first step towards a better world.”
“The world will be a safer place when these radical clerics no longer have access to these weapons,” the U.S. secretary of state said.
“Go after Hezbollah who has American blood on its hands,” the senator urged.
“We’re not using anyone as an interlocutor,” the official said. “No messaging back and forth between the countries.”
The U.S. State Department said the drone hit the compound’s parking lot and all U.S. personnel “are accounted for.”
