Repair the World

Repair the World mobilizes Jews and their communities to take action to pursue a just world, igniting a lifelong commitment to service. We believe service in support of social change is vital to a flourishing Jewish community and an inspired Jewish life. By 2030, Repair will inspire and catalyze one million acts of service towards repairing the world.
The program was spearheaded by Repair the World with service projects offered in 85 cities worldwide.
Together, they launch the New Israel Service Seminar and Service Matters: Israel Summit.
Volunteers are inspired to contribute up to 10 environmentally focused acts of service before Passover and Earth Day for Global Volunteer Month.
World Water Day efforts include local and virtual service projects, a special podcast series and other learning resources
The fund covers immediate economic needs, such as transportation, mental health support, required technology, appropriate clothing, and other unexpected costs, and can provide additional personal and professional support, such as professional development and mentorship.
The partnership between Hillel and Repair has supported volunteers to strengthen their connection to their faith. In year one, 100 campus corps interns on 96 campuses recruited 4,843 peers in service, catalyzing 5,312 acts of service and learning and contributing 26,299 hours of service to partners.
