The slain man was named as Sgt. 1st Class (res.) Michael Mordechai Nachmani from Dimona.
The Israeli government “approved the framework for the release of all of the hostages, the living and the deceased,” the prime minister’s office stated.
“We have the hostages for the most part,” the U.S. president said. “The situation with the bodies, they say 28, some are going to be a little bit hard to find.”
