The university’s court filing states that the demand is “extraordinary and unconstitutional.”
“These events are not part of any educational courses, and as noted, the views are the students’ own and do not represent Harvard Medical School or the Harvard School of Dental Medicine,” according to the school.
“We’re disappointed in the ruling,” a spokesman for the university told JNS.
